We did a large family trip with adults and kids. The place was phenomenal. It was well stocked, the appliances worked well and the heated pool was amazing. We got a ton of snow and their plow service was consistent. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It was a truly great place for families.

This was such a fantastic place to stay. The location was great, with everything close by whenever we needed something. The winter atmosphere only further enhanced the quality of the experience. Frank was so great communicating proactively and felt very at home as his guests. Our time was so great, we talked about planning more trips back as we drive back home!

We had such a wonderful getaway. A perfect home away from home for 4 couples and their 2 fur babies! I really appreciated all the clear communication ahead of our stay and the check in after we arrived. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and home was cute and cozy. Would recommend without hesitation!

Our stay at the Mariner was amazing! Frank has thought of everything to make it an enjoyable stay. Communication was incredible. The house has so many rooms to accommodate our family and the decor was beautiful.
The house is a block from downtown and it was so fun to be able to walk everywhere, even in the winter.
I highly recommend staying at the Mariner--the host, the house and the location are incredible!

Beautiful home, close to boyne and grocery stores/shopping. A perfect getaway for a ski trip, if you don’t like the hustle and bustle with the crowds at boyne! We will stay here again and again!

What a wonderful family Christmas vacation! There was so much to do in the home alone that we really could have stayed another night. Everyone, from grandparents to 1-year-olds, was entertained and happy. Thank you, Frank!

Our family celebrated Christmas over a long weekend. This space was perfect for hosting. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, with multiple super fun rooms for gathering and spending time together. We had such a blast, Frank is an amazing host!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving gathering. Very comfortable home; hosting 19 of us! The kids enjoyed the pool; watching movie as we sat in a warm pool. I would rent this house again.

Not only was Frank's home clean and beautiful, it was fully stocked with whatever you needed (or left at home). The kitchen had everything necessary to make a meal for 10 adults. Frank was thoughtful and responsive in all our communications.

Frank was a great host. Extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The home is beautiful and they made the pool as safe as they possibly could with alarms and locks. Tons of sleeping areas and the Arcade room is in a great location of the home.
